Tai Chi


El Tai Chi se tiende a ver solo como un ejercicio de relajación, pero tiene muchas más aplicaciones

 

Fundamentalmente el Tai-Chi permite mejorar la salud y tranquilizar el ánimo.

FORMAS

Resulta una secuencia sencilla de aprender ideal para la gente que se inicia en la práctica del Tai Chi Chuan.

 

En poco tiempo se puede conocer el esquema básico de algunos de los movimientos más importantes del estilo yang.

 

Una vez conocida la secuencia se deben desarrollar en ella diferentes esquemas de trabajo de práctica tanto a nivel básico: Chi Pen Kung como al de las aplicaciones marciales de sus movimientos.

 

Secuencia:

 

1 - Inicio

2 - Retroceso del mono

3 - Cepillar la rodilla y empujar hacia delante

4 - Acariciar la crin del caballo salvaje

5 - Mover las manos como nubes

6 - El Gallo Dorado se levanta sobre una pata

7 - Patada de talón

8 - Coger la cola del gorrión

9 - Manos en cruz

10- Cierre
